DTG PRICING
DTG pricing is based solely off of graphic size and locations and not the amount of colors like screen printing. When designing your shirt it's important to understand that each decoration box get priced separately according to the chart below. Often times you can decrease the size of your image by a half inch and decrease your price drastically.
Graphic Size | White Garments | Dark/Color Garments |
5 x 5 inches | $3.00 | $4.25 |
12 x 9 inches | $4.50 | $7.50 |
12 x 12 inches | $7.50 | $10.00 |
12 x 18 inches | $9.50 | $12.00 |
Which technique to choose?
If you’re looking to print one-off garments, then the direct-to-garment (DTG) method will be ideal for you. This is true for the majority of cases.
Screenprinting should be used if you’re looking to print at least 25 garments at the same time, using the same design. Not to mention, the design has to be suited for screenprinting - meaning it uses only a few, solid colors. Use the price estimator on the product page to get a better idea of the potential expenses.
